Who we are
This policy explains how ARCH ("we") handles personal data submitted through this website. For questions or requests about your data, contact us at info@arch.sa.
Data we collect
- Your full name, email address and, optionally, your organization name.
- Your enquiry type, the solution you are interested in, your message and the page language.
- Technical data processed by our bot-protection provider (Cloudflare Turnstile) to tell people apart from automated programs.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use your data
We use your enquiry data only to review, respond to and follow up on your enquiry. We process it on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from submission and are then deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your data. Enquiry data is hosted and stored in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Riyadh region). We share it only with service providers that help us run this website: our hosting provider, our email provider and Cloudflare for bot protection. Our email provider and Cloudflare may process some data outside the Kingdom, under the safeguards required by the Personal Data Protection Law.
Your rights

- Access your data and obtain a copy of it.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw your consent.

Protecting your data
We protect your data with encrypted connections, access limited to authorized staff and automatic deletion after the retention period.
